How To Take An Interview?Rehan Allahwala

The interview itself is an interesting subject. Since childhood, I am fond of listening to interviews of people. I love to listen to the stories of people.

In the beginning, I used to be scared asking about people, asking about their personal life, however, gradually, I overcome my fear. When I start doing interviews in my early teen, unfortunately, I couldn’t record interviews since there was no smartphone, no camera was there inside a phone at that time.

After conducting some interviews, I started feeling that I did learn so many things in doing an interview. I believe that interview builds trust among people, reduces fear, your network start to grow, and ultimately you get some knowledge. To me, it is such a beautiful tool to build trust. People normally do not open up about themselves but when you do an interview and ask about them, they become expressive, and they give answers to the questions you know to know.

I have built this website to teach you how you can also become an interviewer. I have made courses on how to become an effective interviewer which will guide you to become an effective interviewer.
I highly recommend you to attend these courses by me and my colleague Danish Ahmed.
